SENSORY TRYING

Visual phase: high cap, cherry-red garnet with cardinal edges.

Olfactory phase: fruity and intense, with notes assembled with black fruit compote mannered nuances, cocoa and spices.

Gustatory phase: asty and elegant with very much volume; with lenght final aromatic wich remembers in the retrosanal to the notes of the olfactory phase.

Temperature of service: 14 º to 16 º C.
